This is an incredibly inexpensive lipstick. It only costs $ 0.99. Packaging looks pretty cheap.
It has vitamin E to condition your lips. My lipstick has scratch on it.
When you roll your lipstick, the product doesn't go all the way in to the case.
Maybe I got a broken one or maybe it's normal. The picture shows how far I can go. It's more likely to get damage this way.
In this picture it looks a lot less frosty than in person. I find this lipstick quite frosty. I like the color but just don't like the finish. Overall, It feels moisturizing and it has decent color pay off for the price. I don't have anything negative to say considering the price.
