ECO TOOLS bamboo bronzer brush is made of synthetic hair.It has bamboo handle and recycled alluminium ferrule. The ECO TOOLS logo engraved on wooden handle. It doesn't have any number or name on it. It's really chubby, densely packed kabuki type of brush. It has no shedding.
It feels so soft on your skin.
I think it's too big to use bronzer for contouring. If you just want to dust bronzer on your face to add some color, it works but still I find it too big. I find it better to use with powder. Due to the brush's softness, it doesn't feel rough at all even when you press and roll powder on your skin. That's gonna give more coverage to your skin.
You need to really wash it thoroughly, it soaks up shampoo because of the density. I thought I washed it clean, but when I looked in closer I could still see foam in it. It's gonna take longer to dry as well which is expected from kabuki brush.
I can hear moving sound from the ferrule, I think the handle's gonna fall off from it eventually. It's pretty common from affordable brushes. I don't think it's a big deal. I can always glue it back.

It comes with little pouch which I don't really find useful. It's awfully small, you really have to push your brush in. When you pull your brush up, it harms the brush's bristles since it's so tight.
They now call the bamboo bronzer brush a 'Domed Bronzer Brush'. They also changed their design, hair color changed from light brown to dark brown. The ferrule color changed from silver to bronzy brown. I can see the ferrule has the alphabet 'e' engraved. And again, on the bamboo handle it has their company logo. The logo seems like it's printed not engraved. I think they should have just had their company logo engraved on their handle, not 'e' engraved on the ferrule. I do like the new ferrule color, silver ferrule looked pretty cheap.
I don't know if the bristle's quality has changed. Judging from the picture, it looks shinier and softer than the old one. I don't think it's going to be very different though. I find synthetic brushes are not as variant as natural brushes can be. Natural hair brushes can be very different, depending on hair type, hair quality, price and etc.
When it comes to natural brushes you really should spend quite a lot of money to get the quality you want. It's a lot easier to buy a synthetic brush that is affordable and good compared to a natural hair brush. I love my ECOTOOLS bronzer brush, if you want to have a synthetic kabuki brush, I think it's a great option.
