Differences between natural and synthetic brushes.

Natural brushes

Made of animal hair(sable, goat, horse, squirrel, etc.). More Shedding. Expensive. The cuticle of natural hair distributes powder products well with better color pay off and blending. Natural hair tends to absorb liquid or cream products. Not as soft as synthetic brushes(unless the brush's very expensive). They tend to shed more than synthetic brushes. Prone to get bacteria and germ faster

 

Synthetic brushes

 

Man-made brisles. Affordable. Less to almost no shedding. Cheaper than natural brushes. They don't absorb liquid or cream products so, they work better with those products. Recommended to vegetarians, people with allergies or sensitive skin. Less bacteria and germ. They don't apply powder products as well as natural ones. They give sheer color application with poor blending.
